U.S. Department of Justice News Release June 6, 2019: The Justice Department recently reached a settlement under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) with McKinley County, New Mexico, home to Zuni Pueblo and parts of the Navajo Nation, to make the County’s polling places accessible to individuals with mobility and vision impairments, including over two dozen polling places located on Indian reservations.

U.S. Department of Justice News Release July 15, 2019: Today the Justice Department reached a settlement under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) with Sandoval County, New Mexico, home to thirteen Pueblos and Tribal Entities, to make the County’s polling places accessible to individuals with mobility and vision impairments, including a dozen polling places located on Indian reservations.
